Matt Jamie directs for stage, screen and audio. He was artistic director of Coracle, an associate theatre company of Alphabetti Theatre in Newcastle, and now works freelance.  

 

His award winning theatre work has been supported by Arts Council England and Community Foundation and he has directed for Live Theatre,  Alphabetti, Washington Arts Centre, Durham Gala Studio, The Courtyard and Rosemary Branch Theatres.

His short film work has been screened at the London International Film Festival, St Albans Film Festival, the Lift Off Film Festival and more.  His main focus is now on creating films for theatre, dance, and musicians - production recordings, trailers and promos, dance films, theatre visuals and projections, art installations and music videos.
